Very fast and easy to use! I’m not a tech savvy person but everything was so easy to set up. I like where things are, great size and perfect for my working from home set up and school.

This is a wonderful computer! The huge solid state drive allows the computer to boot up and run in about 15 seconds (instead of minutes for our previous laptop). The Ryzen 5 cpu is faster than a comparable Intel core i-5 processor. The 17" screen is perfect for my older eyes and the touchscreen is very responsive. I'm a software developer by profession and know computers. This is a great deal for the money. The only thing it's missing is an internal DVD drive but you can buy an external one and connect it via USB port for only about $25 if you need one.

Still learning this new laptop. It is fast. It was easy to set up. I am pleased with it so far. The size is great. Easy to transport.

It definitely does what it advertises. It has a long battery life, the screen has a great resolution, the touchscreen works great, sound is good, etc... I really liked it during school because it helped me take notes much easier and organize them properly without needing to carry a lot of books and notes. But now that the school is over and I would like to do some more gaming this laptop is definitely not ideal. I do have other laptops and a pc, so no problem. In conclusion, I can definitely recommend this laptop if you need a laptop with a good screen, portable, long battery life and mainly use it for taking notes. I would not recommend it if this is your only laptop or if you want to do gaming on it too, the integrated graphics card on the model I have is just not good enough.

I am a college student that have used this computer for my first year and having the computer helped a lot. My computer has helped saved, present, and create essays with its standard performance. The computer also has decent quality to enjoy my shows and some games that I would use during breaks. Battery life is okay it last me around 2 hours and to extend it just messing with the settings and qualities. Have the option to use my HP envy for computer use helps with typing essays, but having the “tablet” mode helped me with my math work. (Would need to purchase a pen that works with HP envy)

I didn't want to spend a lot of money as this laptop was going to be used for basic personal computing and I wanted close to premium specs (Intel Core 7, 16 GB, 512GB, 2-1, 300 nits, backlit keyboard, 1080 front camera) under $700. Thus far it's been great! It was a breeze installing apps that are more familiar to me. I'm very happy using my iCloud account on this laptop as well. MS Store has most of the entertainment apps (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN and Paramount) so the 2-1 has come in handy in tablet/iPad form. I was concerned about fan noise, and after more than 4 months of basic computing, no hint of fan noise at all. Battery life is decent, as I see some discharge when just in sleep mode overnight, but not enough to anxious about. I haven't used it for a Zoom or Teams meeting as of yet, so I'm looking forward to see how it performs as that will probably be the most stress I'd put the laptop through. There is a single USB c port and I'm glad that it is an alternative port to help charge if you have extra USB C laptop/ChromeBook chargers laying around. I also run 2 monitors so use of a C hub with HDMI port can help facilitate that.

This laptop has definitely checked all the boxes for me. The amount of memory, how well it processes, screen size, graphics, smooth keyboard operation, and more. I love how it can be used like a tablet, set up like a tv, and of course, a laptop. The touch screen has great sensitivity and very well calibrated. The speakers are actually better than i thought. Crystal clear and decently loud given how small they are.
