    At first my laptop had a screen issue . So i had to go back to best buy again to replace a new one with the same specs .Coming to the new one which i replaced ,I would say it is a decent Laptop . Do not expect too much of Processing speed or gaming graphics .

    Have not done a whole lot with this PC as of yet. Cumbersome interface compare to Apple products. Windows 11 also cumbersome. Have transferred some photos and videos and also cumbersome. Thought this would be lightning fast but not so much. Hopefully gets better with continued use.
