It does the job. Shortly after a year the screen goes blurry from time to time

My original product was defective. The cooling fan would not work. I returned it and received a replacement. After loading the Windows system I purchased and transferred all data from my ld computer, it would not connect to the internet-citing “No DNS server”. Yet, my old computer, phone and smart TV all connected. I took it back-again. My nearest store is a 100 mile round trip. Although I purchased Geek Squad, I was told there was nothing they could do-without even looking at it. They offered another replacement, but I chose to cut my losses and get a refund. Now, although I have no pop products from Best Buy, I am not getting my money back on my total care package. $200 I will never use-and I tried. Good Buy,Best Buy. A terrible customer experience. Never again.

It is said that the battery will hold for 17 hours, But in reality it is working for 5 hours...:(The battery is not satisfactory. Everything else is perfect.

I tried to put an external storage disk on so that I could review it with a colleague. It would not show up. Probably a Windows 11 problem, but very frustrating as we only had a limited time to share.

overall a good buy. I don't like that it doesn't have the number key pad. Also the touch pad sticks

I am unhappy you took away the numbers on the right side of key board. To get those, it would have cost several hundred more dollars

I had to return this laptop because of it's bad battery life and loud fan. It is a very nice looking, sleek laptop but I didn't want to take my chances because I had a previous HP that had a bad fan and the repair was more than it's value!

All the bells and whistles I need and then some. Transferring data and photos from old computer not the easiest.

Everything is fine, but the speakers are not loud enough if you plan to stream movies on it.

It runs the adobe programs I need to use but it run hot after a short period and the battery life is honestly terrible. Seems no oens are available to use with this laptop which almost makes the toch screen useless. Has good picture quality and sound despite the negatives.

Best Buy experience was great but the HP had a wi-fi adapter issue. Sometimes it will drop wi-if. I saw somewhere that some HP laptops have this issue.

Never again. I chose a computer online and picked up at the Springfield store. When I unpacked it. I immediately saw it was the wrong product. I called the published number for the store but was automatically routed offshore to people who were no trained well, did not understand much, and had zero authority. They said they would put in a request for someone from the store to call me but no one ever called, for over a week. I bought from another provider and returned the wrong product to the store where I was met with more hassle and workers with attitudes. Im done. Never again. Best Buy sold us out and can no longer be trustef.

The computer works fine, but its operating system (Windows 11) combined with Microsoft Office 365 offers little privacy. Files are automatically saved to one drive (the Microsoft Cloud) and there is no way to store files exclusively to the C drive or to a peripheral backup drive. It also appears that one will be forced to sync this computer with other owner devices (tablets, phones)

Miss the number pad. Touch screen to sensitive. Can not turn touch screen off.

Poor. That's really the bottom line. Very slow, constantly freezes and you hear the fan spin up for like a minute, even if I am not doing any major or processing intensive work, just using word or excel. It gets so bad that when typing something, there is a noticeable delay between when the key is pressed on the keyboard and when it actually appears on screen. Such a huge disappointment. I traveled with it for 3 weeks, as soon as a bought, and had passed the BestBuy returning period, otherwise I would have returned it and spent a few hundred more dollars for a better pc or at least a better processor. The 'i7" designation is extremely misleading, this is clearly a very slow processor for an i7 processor. The battery life is also very short, I constantly have to keep it charging. I wish I never bought it.

There is damage on the laptop that I did not notice until some time after the return window. I went in last week and was offered a smaller screened laptop due to the price of the more comparable one costing more. I cannot wait for repair as I’m in school now, I offered to come back when they had another sale on the other laptop. This week was a la or day sale. I went in to exchange it, as that’s what offered less than 7 days prior. They refused to exchange it. Told me to come back during school break around Christmas. This coverage alone was $795, and I have wasted so much time and dealt with disgusting behavior from a store rep who did everything to refuse exchanging my laptop. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING ELSE from best buy!

i will suggest dont take foldable. because there was a lot of easy surfing without even touching the screen.

Laptop mouse touch is not working properly some times it’s stucking not able to use

I would have preferred a smaller lap top with a side 10 key, but none were available in HP

We purchased this second Envy after the first one (identical) failed after a number of years. The second unit failed in a permanent way less than 2 years after purchase. It cannot be fixed, and they don't know if they can recover the data.
