The machine works fine when plugged in but the battery drains extremely fast when turned off (50%+ in just a few hours). HP says it is normal. Test your machine if you get it to make sure the battery works correctly and does not drain.

This is a good laptop just heavier than other the same size.

Disappointed will not accept all the functions of my printer.

The HP Envy 2 in 1 is a great system. It is my first Win 11 OS system and it is wonderful.

I think the HP would be great but the light Gray keys make the letters difficult to see.

So far so good. I've only had the laptop for about a month now but it has fulfilled all of the requirements I had for it when I purchased it. Lightweight, powerful, very long lasting battery and responsive touch functionality. There are no issues with running multiple programs or having lots of tabs open on browsers. The startup and running of general daily driver stuff is very quick as well. The camera is a bit grainy but that is to be expected with something of this general caliber. Everything about the functionality of the laptop is overall satisfying and I look forward to using it much more in the future.

Tryed calling Las Cruces store each call I made directed me to another state wanted to know if i could get geek squad to come to home to help broth3r with new lap top each store in other states told me I had to talk to that store well th3re is no way to contact store your needing to talk with. Also had appointment with geek squad when i picked up lap top at 10:20 somehow i wasnt down so couldnt install webroot and get setup for brother to use very disappointing, so returned everything. How can i rate item if never got opened?

Too many processes, downloads, missing window files & time spent to begin

Computer is fine, but the xbox and Microsoft 365 i didn't ask for.

Starting to have issues with the wifi within a month of using

Computer works well. Not anything fancy but does the job for school.

Decent laptop. Not the easiest to figure out but it’s ok.

Laptop itself looks good but I am really disappointed for not having at least one year usable of basic office software such as Word, excel..etc. It’s like I paid all that money only to purchase useless piece of metal ☹️

I have been having issues with this computer. I have brought it to Geeksquad for 2 repairs for the same issue. Still waiting for the repair to be complete and returned.

It was working super well sometimes slow. I placed my laptop on a table on my bed. I got and it feel resulting in the screen cracking. Thus resulting in my touch screen feature no longer working.

I am not satisfied with this purchase. The price was slashed more than 20%within my purchase and customer service did not agree to price match. I will not recommend Best Buy.

High end home user laptop, plenty of RAM for light ACAD and multi-tasking. All the connections needed for accessories. Great price for this very practical, handy and fast computer.

The set up instructions from the Geeks didn't work.

I am still trying to figure this machine out. Let you know.
