I could not get passed set up because computer never would connect to wifi and didnt offer any optio s for service or anything even after call geek squad for help. Told me to return so i returned to store and asked if i could return and look for a larger screen or something so they did and when i went to check out they would not consuder the christmas special that the first one was bought under even for same midel and it was going to cost 2 x as much as originally purchased

Probably the slowest machine I've ever used. Out of the box it took 10 minutes to boot. Tried to add some apps, but received error messages every time. The pre-loaded apps, even MS Office would not open when clicked on. So I clicked again. Walked away...two minutes later it opened. Returning it as soon as I am able.

broke in a year and half right after warranty expired. it just won't start up.

Computer takes forever to download things and the battery life is not that great. Cant do some of the programs I need and computer is sonetimes slow to load up documents or programs

I ended up returning this. I have always used Mac's but I wanted to switch to a more cost effective option. It felt so slow. Writing notes on the touch screen was impossible because you can't rest your hand on it. Not for me.

This machine works like a slow slug slow beyond any laptop I have ever owned. I am not a gamer just shop and read a paper and visit sites of interest.

I purchased this machine to work from home and take zoom meetings. Within 3 weeks the speakers malfunctioned and I traded the device for the same model just for the same issue to happen with the new device.

This was an open box that didn't work, and Best Buy refused to help replace or refund. It was a Christmas present that sat for weeks, then by the time it was setup and we found out it didn't work, it was 3 days past the "30-day return policy". I can't believe BB would sell something broken and not help to replace it, given all the circumstances. I guess it's a lesson learned.

Laptop will not turn on.. probably a power supply issue who knows. Laptop was bought in january so it's only 7 months old and had not been used very much to have issues already. Absolutely loved it when i was able to use it.

Never got it. Was a storm and had a surgery. Told them I was coming to pick it up and they returned it. So awkward. No one would talk me. Idk computer was on sale. The prob kept for themselves. Just bad customer services. Not surprised though. Big business. Still need a laptop.

Mother board failed after just 16 months. So now have to replace.

The price dropped 500$ a few weeks after I bought it

Bestbuy Dont Ship this item, I did not receieved this Item for 20+ days, after multiple fillowups bestbuy customer service has cancelled the order and initiated the refund.

Havent been able to use. Keys do not work and its nkt even a year old yet. I would not recommend this

It is very slow. There is huge typing lag. Whenever I use SAS, it gets super slow. If you start typing in SAS, it gets hanged. I have wiped everything and run the hp test as well but the problem did not resolve.

Looks great! I was ao excited about this new lap top, but it died after not even 1 month. Had been charging foe more than 1 day and wouldn’t ahow any signs of life. So disappointed!!

This computer was purchased to run the Cricut Design Space program, as mold old computer was too slow. I ordered it online, and picked it up the next day. I asked my son to assist me, as he can do in minutes what would take me hours. He easily set it up and had it running quickly, with all of my stored information easily moved to the new computer. The new computer has a larger screen, appreciated very much, and runs so much faster than my old one. The view is quite sharp and easily hooks up my dual monitors, so I can quickly work on multiple projects at the same time, and am able to work in close detail without the computer running slow.

Upon booting up my HP Envy x360, I noticed that there were faint vertical lines across the screen. Also, the hinges do not align properly. I assume this stems from poor design or quality control.

Camera died after about a month. It is also very slow considering things. Bad purchase.
