Returned it. Kept breaking. Who would’ve thought HP would keep breaking. it was supposed to come with 30 days of trial software, which only lasted three days. Tried to return it several times before putting my foot down I want it returned.

This computer did not work for more than 5 days. But the return process was very excellent at Best Buy

Our customer rep was very misleading in regard to the computer and also getting the best buy credit card. I would not have gotten the card if he has told us the real deal instead of making it up.

The laptop arrived with issues. I could not get past the windows set up screen. It would also overheat.

This was a gift for my wife for Christmas whose uses mostly for simple graphic design and other craft oriented designs. She absolutely loves it. The battery life is fantastic and boots up very fast. It is very sleek and does not weigh that much compared to her old Dell laptop. The touchscreen is responsive and does not have to use too much pressure. Overall we are very happy the laptop so far.

I use a laptop primarily for school purposes, and this one works great for that. It runs very fast, and I can have multiple programs running without a problem. It's sleek and sturdy enough without being bulky. My old laptop had a number keypad, and I kind of miss that (can't use ALT codes). I also get why laptops these days don't have CD/DVD drives, but I still miss having it too. Those aren't deal-breakers at all though.

I wouldn't buy it again, after 3 months a green line appeared on my screen and the mouse gets stuck.

Used a company/work laptop and hooked up to two monitors via HDMI cord and a USB4 Adapter, was able to handle multiple tabs, windows, and ongoing operating systems, I am highly satisfied with this HP model. I never had any issues overheating. I recommend wireless mouse for this model. I did not really use the touchscreen too much but, the screen is responsive. Would buy this laptop again. Battery Life is decent but, quick to charge.

Two night ago the laptop was unable to charge for a period of 3 hours and i decided that the next morning i'll take it back but later it start charging

Worst laptop ever , couldn’t stay connected to wifi, I had to restart my modem every 5min. I return it after a few days.

Laptop hanging issue. The touch screen is not that great and my eyes are aching alot because of the blue light.

you told me the webroot was free then you charged me for it

This computer lacks features that any laptop needs compare to other computer I had used in the pasted.

This laptop has been great so far. I love the display and even more so that the keys light up so I can work on it at night with ease. Touch screen and tablet features are a plus and love the facial recognition so I don't have to constantly type in my password. It delivers high quality speed and can go hours without needing to be charged. 10/10-highly recommend.

Exelent laptop what else can I say. I do all my audio and video editing here plus all my school work. There hasn't been a time where it slowed down on me even when I had multiple top and windows open. The tuch screen is a plus. You have 2 in one. If you are going to relievility and style the HP Envoy 2in1 is foe you.

I love what this machine can do, HOWEVER..it gets hot..and I dont mean uncomfortable hot, I mean BURN YOUR SKIN hot. Even with a computer fan, working in 73 degrees, i cant use it for more than 30 minutes at a time because of the heat and fear I will melt my hard drive. Looking for a local restaurant to let me work jn their walk-in..:)
