Great computer for everyday browsing use. Only complaint is that the mouse pad sticks and you have to hold down an edge to get it to go back. Could be me but i have a work laptop and no problem using it the same way. Overall i believe it will work just fine for me, I should of upgraded to the one with the number keypad on it, only reason this is the only computer i use without it.

I purchased this for my husband for an early Christmas gift. He surfs the net, checks emails so this was the perfect fit for him. Would recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive laptop for non-gaming use.

Employee was super helpful and got everything I needed for daughters schooling

I own an older model of this (from 2018) and it has a well-known issue with the hinges breaking loose from the laptop cover and breaking through the screen (google it). Near as I can tell, HP has not fixed the issue in it's new x360 laptops. HP knows about the issue, but won't fess up to it being a design flaw. It clearly is a design flaw of the hinge, but it's not the hinge that breaks ... it's the screen and cover that wind up breaking because of the bad hinge. Aside from that, this is a great laptop in every other respect. I may buy an HP again, but never again one with this flawed x360/2-in-1 hinge.

The color makes small smudges and sracthes avaible. The color is gray and i had for less than a month.

The product is excellent though I bought a used one. I am using it from last one month and love it.
