Way too low resolution. Don't waste money!

Just received the laptop yesterday. Very disappointed by this purchase. The resolution is unbelievably low, the highest is 1369*768. Not HD at all. For a 15.8" touch screen laptop, it's ridiculous to produce such a product. Now everything is HD, how can hp make such a non HD product! And the quality is low too. the keyboard is shabby. The usb port seems like not well made. I tried so hard to plug in a usb driver. The touch screen is nice . But the resolution is way too low. Will definitely return it even there's a restocking fee. Very disappointed and sad.

Faulty hardware: 3 dead within 2 yrs

I purchased 3 of these from BestBuy for a small business and all 3 died due to hardware malfunctions within 2 years. One lasted a little over 12 months, the second around 18 months and the third died today after 22 months. 2 had faulty motherboards and the third had a range of faulty port and other hardware issues. Not worth the money. If you do happen to buy one of these pieces of junk make sure you get the extended warranty.

    Continuous WiFi connection issues

This is the first laptop I have ever had to return. Took several tries to connect to WiFi. Dropped Internet connection repeatedly. Would often get and error message "not connected to the Internet" however Wifi icon was live. YouTube would not load and if the videos did, the resolution was of very low quality. Often I was not able to check my emails through Office 365 without it crashing. Very disappointing since I spent over $1000 on this device. I've had it for less than a week but the connection issues occur too frequently for this computer to be of any use in the long run.

My HP - ENVY x360 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 right side hinge is displaced and the lower frame that encases the screen has developed a crack on its own without any fall or damage in this high end model. I checked on internet and found that this product has design flaw and this is known issue in hinge which comes out after some time. Trusting HP brand

Already FEW years and STILL NO separate side numeric keypad?? Are you kidding? I always was a fan of HP and ALWAYS bought since 2010 BUT I stopped buying HP already few years ago despite I like the most this brand. I'm waiting until HP will be doing DIFFERENT colors, side numeric keypad WITHOUT this ugly speakers on the left and right side!
