Solid laptop, esp for the price. Not an overly powerful computer. I bought the same model in 2016 and it lasted 7 years before it started showing some issues. I'm hoping this one lasts that long. It doesn't seem to have the same oomf as its predecesor did when it was brand new even though all the pieces are comparable. Not saying this one is bad, it's really good, and lighter and smaller overall even with the same size screen which is awesome. It's well worth the dollar, just not a powerhouse, which it wasn't meant to be. Main drawback is how fast the battery drops.

I bought this computer for studying mechanical engineering, and had to buy it on a whim after my old laptop died unexpectedly. I am very pleased with the results. The only thing I wish I could do with the computer is install a better graphics card rather than relying on the onboard on, but for the price this laptop is great.

It's a good computer, easy to set up and use. The battery lasts a long while and it charges quickly. The lack of a number pad is unfortunate and the keys to the right of the enter key is irksome as I occasionally overreach. It's easy to make it look more like classic windows with a bit of fiddling. The keys are responsive with just enough weight to be satisfying. The lid requires two hands to open.

Laptop touch screen is super smooth, performance so far is great.

I bought this because I needed a new laptop for college. It’s now 2025 and it still works great! It can handle many tabs open and some video editing (very light). Perfect for if you’re mostly on documents or researching.

I am very fond of HP laptop's. Though I was very skeptical at first when purchasing this laptop. I loved my Envy 360 from 2020 but it stopped working (I think I overheated the motherboard and fried the inside). As the updated model it's definitely faster, graphics are nicer, has more space and I was able to transfer everything from the older laptop to the newer one. All in all it does what I need it to do.
