I had no idea what I was looking for. I just needed something to work fast with the Internet and allow me to take care of my bills and day-to-day computer usage. Also, my daughter started kindergarten and they were learning how to use the keyboard. The people at Best Buy was very helpful and helping me explain and navigate through different computer types and brands. Thank you. The computer works great and fast.

Perfect for what I need searching the web, research, shopping, paying bills. The keyboard feels really good, the keys are very nice typing. Loving the battery life. I wish they would come in more colors that would suit a more feminine vibe. That would be great. The screen resolution is really beautiful. Love watching my shows on it.

Her previous lap top did not last long. The agent that helped us explained the difference between other laptops for sale. We chose this one and my daughter is very happy with it. It is light weight, has enough memory and is good looking . the other reason this laptop was purchased is the brand name HP./xx

This is my second one because my first one was so reliable. Used for data science as well as league of legends with no issues. That being said, I also was not expecting an extraordinary laptop, it is not amazing at anything in particular, but it is good all-around.
