The computer is doing pretty beautiful but I don't know why the FAN is always blowing so frequently fast and sounding out especially when on some apps for e.g. Whatsapp, Zoom, Facebook, e.t.c. This is only my unexpected observation. Please, I need some clarification about that.

I started out loving this laptop so hard that I tried to convince my sister and husband to buy the same one. It's not too heavy for the size, plus it's a workhorse and it's quiet...that is, til it's totally not. Now, not only would I not recommend this HP Envy to my family, I wouldn't recommend it to any computer user. I'm not even out of warranty and I've already had to pay $158 out of pocket for a new power cord that stopped working out of nowhere (never had that with any other laptop). And a fan inside the laptop broke so now it makes a very LOUD noise and is obviously not working correctly so I can't even use the laptop -- but I cannot for the life of me get any help. The 9 circles of Dante's hell are easier to navigate than getting meaningful assistance from HP. It takes forever to get someone to chat with you, then they send you to outdated DIY videos and are told to take care of it yourself. Yes, I blew compressed air into it like the video told me to. No, I did not take the laptop apart like the video told me to...while showing a totally different computer. Seriously. This is what you get for your warranty??? I've had a lot of laptops in my lifetime, and this is my biggest regret. 0 stars for both function and support, HP.

I have always had HP for at least 10 years. This model also combines an impressive build quality with a strong performance that is ideal for everything from day-to-day. Bought this one to upgrade the one I have previous and still performs great after about five years saw this awesome deal and figured it was time to upgrade HP also has great customer support

Works perfect for my student and professional needs. Light and easy to transport. I also found this model easy to adjust to after finally getting a new laptop after 12 years. I love the personalized features. I only recommend making sure your external devices are compatible if you have anything older than 4 years that you are connecting to.

This is definitely a 5* laptop - efficient, lightweight, etc.

Replaced our 6 year old laptop Great upgrade speed and memory. Geek squad was very helpful in transferring data and setting up the new computer. Our salesman David Todd was terrific. Took his time with my wife and I. Answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the purchase. Also, we’re a total tech subscriber and truly glad we are!!

Amazing laptop. Some issues with lag in the beginning. It is just an internet issue that will resolve itself. Came quickly. Beautiful, runs games like Osu and Genshin really well. Got it on a black friday sale for 799, total steal for this wonderful item. 3 year warranty as well. Made it about 980.

Outstanding, Just marvelous. Starts really quick, the touch screen is really sensible, feels like a super tablet when using it 360 degrees. The Face recognition is beautiful. The sound is high, the assembly materials feel really strong. Also, it makes me look pro. Just what I was looking for and more.
