Great product-horrible shipping

I waited for it to go on sale and bought it online to be shipped to my house but Best Buy shippers packed the computer box inside of another larger box with no ship paper or plastic so the box containing the computer was getting bounced around inside of the larger box the entire way to my house. I returned it due to concerns about damage or reliability issues from poor shipping

The keyboard is really lovely and I am enjoying the touch screen. The mouse pad is a little touchy but all in all it's a nice laptop. I would recommend for work, school, or personal use.
