This is the first time we have purchased a new computer in many years. The person that took care of me at Bestbuy was terrific, fully explaining the differences, benefits, and advantages of a laptop compared to a desktop. He spent a significant amount of time with me, making sure I was understanding the differences and I was grateful for that.
