Only use it when I need to email someone, hop on a Zoom call or simply browse and pay bills online. I’ve had my screen go completely white. I’ve had the rainbow screen of death. The battery life is not great as it drains battery even when it’s shut down. I do not recommend this at all. I originally purchased it for online classes because of my major. It was fine for that, but now it is sluggish! It is only 2 years old though, so I am disappointed.

Decent laptop with a major flaw

Considering that this is the installed security feature to unlock the computer, aside from typing in a pin, it's pretty annoying that it does not work. I have had the computer for less than a month and the facial recognition works once out of every ten times or so. I have done troubleshooting and it still does not work. I had a Dell before this that used fingerprint scanning to unlock the computer, and it worked flawlessly. I wish this HP had both options, or at least had an option that works.
