This laptop is amazing. I have one just like it but a few years older. It was a gift for my grandson. He loves it. Our experience at Best Buy was the Best as well! The service was excellent !We would recommend this store to anyone.

This laptop is pretty good. The only two issues I have with it is the resolution is a bit dull even at the highest level. The sound goes pretty loud but it just doesn’t give a quality sound. The best way to describe it is having your hand over the mouth of your landline phone (for those of us who are old enough to remember, lol) and talking.

This computer does all that it is supposed to do. It is fast and the screen is excellent.

Nice machine, got latest Office along with it. Not really familiar with Windows 11 (still aren’t) was told there would be an orientation but all it was was here is the machine, my wife actually had to ask where it tune it on. Other computer had switch on side. Total time spent was 35 minutes which according to supervisor was 15 minutes longer than allotted. We are not dumb but… A $1100 don’t get you far, self education is the key in this world.

Fantastic deal for a high quality laptop. The price was great - a true deal for an ENVY with the upgraded RAM and SSD HDD. Screen quality is excellent, and speakers are high quality, too (Bang and Olufsen). Very happy with the purchase.

I am enjoying using my new computer. It is nice that it has a touch screen.

This laptop overall, is great. Most especially, the battery life is topnotch.

This was a great buy for my first laptop purchase. The sound is really good. I didn’t experience it until my granddaughter wanted to listen to JoJo Siwa. I’m still learning all of the features.

So far this is a great computer. It is light weight and has all the bells and whistles.

My daughter’s previous lap top crashed and she needed a new one for medical school. It has been perfect for her.

My old Dell laptop crapped out and I had to pick out a new laptop pretty fast. The Best Buy tech gave me a few tips on what to look for in a laptop based on my needs. This HP was a bit of a stretch for my budget but I'm hoping it will be around for quite a few years.

Don't be fooled by the i7 chip...this computer is garbage. It only clocks at 1.7Ghz, so it's sluggish, and the fan is ALWAYS on and running LOUD. Also, typing can be delayed. Keyboard is very "clacky" due to the deeper keys. I will be returning and upgrading. Buyer beware.

Bought this to replace my old HP Envy that has worked great for 8 years. This laptop looks great. It boots up real fast - an order of magnitude faster than my old machine. Haven't done any compute intensive jobs or video calls but starting MS Office apps is pretty fast. All in all, pleased with the machine. The reason for my 3 star rating is that the touch pad gets stuck very often (about 1 in 3 times that i use the left click functionality). This is unacceptable and am a bit concerned on the build quality. Never had this issue in with my old HP laptop. Not a show stopper as i guess most folks will use a mouse.

I HAVE ALREADY HAD HER A YEAR AND I LOVE HER. WORKS VERY WELL. SOMETHING HEAVY BUT IT'S GOOD.

Sometimes it lags but it works, good if your looking for a long life battery

This was the first time I purchased a HP that had issues. Best way to describe this little is "GLITCHY". Had it in to check for viruses, etc several times. Best Buy stepped up and gave me back full instore credit less a small deductible. Best Buy is the ONLY place I will purchase my electronics from and I will always be a member of the protection program...can't be beat!!!

Great little laptop. Does what I need it to. Great for the price.
