It was nice to go into the store, get some advice from the sales associate, purchase the laptop and take it home the same day. I love the laptop and have not had any problems with it.

It’s a very good computer but I wish some things were easier to understand! Besides that it’s amazing, or so I’ve been told, my two teens use it and they’ve been able to a lot, they can do their school work and play games just fine, but I wish the WiFi was faster. I think that’s all I have to say about it, overall this laptop is pretty amazing

I've only had it for not even a month but I absolutely love it, it has so many features and even a built in camera shutter so no need to have a sticky note covering it, lol. And I love the app that connects my phone to the laptop.

Fast. I'm used to a 17" screen, but none were on sale, so I got this one...no regrets.

I e had this computer for several weeks now and has performed well. My uses are strictly business applications and internet. No gaming. I wish it had a backlit keyboard though. In order to get that feature you have to go up several hundred dollars in price. Seems like it should be an easy enough addition to a $500 laptop.

I have always had another brand of laptop, so was a little leery of switching to HP. It was a smooth transformation. Geek Squad helped by transferring my data and installing apps on the new computer.

This is an excellent computer for daily use. I have owned many computers over the years and this is one of the best purchases I have made. Best Buy also did a great job.

Had many HP laptop computers in the past, went to a smaller screen with this one, missing the numbers on the right side with the smaller keyboard, that isn't included. Also the sound on this one is not nearly as loud as others. Still happy with the purchase, but better speakers would be nice HP Envy x360

The thing i liked best is the laptop specs are just as mentioned in the description by the bestbuy. I liked the delivery and the overall buying experience.
