The thing i liked best is the laptop specs are just as mentioned in the description by the bestbuy. I liked the delivery and the overall buying experience.

This was the first time I purchased a HP that had issues. Best way to describe this little is "GLITCHY". Had it in to check for viruses, etc several times. Best Buy stepped up and gave me back full instore credit less a small deductible. Best Buy is the ONLY place I will purchase my electronics from and I will always be a member of the protection program...can't be beat!!!

Great computer! But learning to use Windows 11 is a bit of a challenge for me. Best Buy sales staff was very helpful and they are friendly and knowledgeable. I'm pleased with my purchase.

This product has been amazing. I use my laptop to record and store video content for my ministry. It came with a Microsoft 365 subscription that has assisted with organizing my content.

This laptop is great. I love the audio and I like all the new features. They have eliminates the side number pad which means the other keys have different functions.

I’ve had this laptop for a month now and I cannot express how amazing it is, aside from the webcam. The webcam does not meet my expectations from reviews I read prior to the purchase. Definitely room for a lot improvement in that department. But overall, I highly recommend!

This was an open box item and it didn't arrive as expected. The drivers were not updated. I went to the Best Buy near me and the Geek Squad had it up and running by the end of the day. Great customer service.
