Love the HD quality! The graphics are great and the speed is nice.

Excellent quality. I did return this item simply because of it's weight. It is kind of on the heavy side. Other than that I loved it. I have decided on purchasing a Microsoft Pro 9.

I got this as an open box but it runs great and the savings were very nice. I also love that they still provide a standard returm policy like other companies have on open box items

This was an open box item and it didn't arrive as expected. The drivers were not updated. I went to the Best Buy near me and the Geek Squad had it up and running by the end of the day. Great customer service.

I love the laptop although my mouse gets stuck quite often and does not want to come back up after pressing on it. I use a usb attachable mouse, so it hasn't been too much of an issue, but it has been quite annoying.

We bought several items and all of them are great -- we were particularly happy with the person who helped us. I don't remember his name but he was knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs and questions.

Bought this fir my daughter entering Grad school on the recommendation of a Best Buy employee. As they receive no commissions on their sales i fibd their recommendations to be unbiased. Computer works as recommended.
