Loved the design and functionality of the product. However, the layout (like the keyboard, apps on taskbar, voice access, extra gaming content function within the laptop) is too complicated for me. Maybe less extensions in the laptop would be fine. Also, an updated keyboard shortcut for this model would help.

The cons are all that matter. The NUMBER 1 negative is the Intel drive. It's super slow! I immediately replaced with an EVO 970 2TB and it's truly a night and day difference. Had I not already planned on upgrading the drive I would've returned this unit. The screen isn't truly a viewable 15.6" The top 1/4" of the screen is essentially a placeholder for the camera. SD card reader instead of a more useful/standard MicroSD slot.

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. She loves the touch screen and the way it flips over into tablet for. She chose this to replace her aging Mac laptop.

Very happy with this laptop. Worth paying more for a quality laptop.

The HP envy model is a solid machine, the hinges are sturdy and have not provided any issues. Have multiple of these, and the only issue so far we have encountered is a trackpad issue, but that was able to be repaired under warranty! This is a decent build.

I love my HP computers! Best Buy gave me great deals and even gave me a buy back over $300. I returned a really crappy computer from a competitor for these!

Great quality laptop. Only downside for me is the number keys are not on the side , instead on the top row. Just use to the number keys on the right side.

I've always owned a desktop. But i purchased a version of this laptop for my son a few years ago and was very impressed. I am very pleased with my purchase.

This is a nice laptop. I like the two-in-one structure. So far works very good. The display width to height ratio is a bit odd, but not hard to get used to.

I'm not a big fan of HP but this product was actually really good I fall in love with the two-in-one but it is a bit heavy

Easy to purchase and had no problems with the PC. Arrived on-time. Worked out of the box. Setup was easy. Still too early to comment on the speed of the PC but appears faster than the replacement.
