The computer is pretty good. The battery life is subpar though. The packing was horrible. It came in a huge box with no cushioning, so it was just rattling around. By some miracle, the computer was fine even when UPS threw it over my fence, which I suppose attests to the durability of it.

Great product an easy to use. My son like a lot for school.

We bought this for our granddaughter. She loves it. She said it has everything she needs to do her schoolwork and it's easy to use.

The HP envy model is a solid machine, the hinges are sturdy and have not provided any issues. Have multiple of these, and the only issue so far we have encountered is a trackpad issue, but that was able to be repaired under warranty! This is a decent build.

Loved the design and functionality of the product. However, the layout (like the keyboard, apps on taskbar, voice access, extra gaming content function within the laptop) is too complicated for me. Maybe less extensions in the laptop would be fine. Also, an updated keyboard shortcut for this model would help.

Some times when im using editing software its hanging and very slow i feel disappointed its not handling 4k video editing properly sometimes it's Good overall better for medium user.

I love my HP computers! Best Buy gave me great deals and even gave me a buy back over $300. I returned a really crappy computer from a competitor for these!

Great quality laptop. Only downside for me is the number keys are not on the side , instead on the top row. Just use to the number keys on the right side.

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. She loves the touch screen and the way it flips over into tablet for. She chose this to replace her aging Mac laptop.

The cons are all that matter. The NUMBER 1 negative is the Intel drive. It's super slow! I immediately replaced with an EVO 970 2TB and it's truly a night and day difference. Had I not already planned on upgrading the drive I would've returned this unit. The screen isn't truly a viewable 15.6" The top 1/4" of the screen is essentially a placeholder for the camera. SD card reader instead of a more useful/standard MicroSD slot.

I've always owned a desktop. But i purchased a version of this laptop for my son a few years ago and was very impressed. I am very pleased with my purchase.
