    It was not compatible with my router. Phone company had to send me a new model. In a hotel in Las Vegas this weekend, computer could not connect to basic internet until a technician worked on it. I don't love the mouse. And the computer sometimes has a mind of it's own. I hate that they are no longer putting DVD/blueray in them.

    Purchased this after looking for quite a while. Seemed like a really good value. First laptop was junk and was crashing within a few days so I had to return it for a new one (same model). Sadly this replacement unit seems to be plagued by issues as well; bluetooth and video adapter/driver failures, difficulty resuming out of sleep mode etc...etc... I've owned around a dozen different laptops and so far this one seems like a poor purchase. Not happy with it at all.
