I had an older HP lap top that developed an issue with the CAP LOCK sticking that was not related to the keyboard but was within the software. It was not cost effective to fix the older laptop and I lucked out that this one was on sale. I like the ease of use and the added functions that I did not have on my older laptop. I would recommend HP to anyone looking for a good reliable brand.

I received my touch screen computer I love. I was never a fan of laptops but i love the touch screen, It very easy to use.

So far I love my laptop outside of the fact that within a few months of having it I can no longer access the internet on it. I have to take it to the geek squad.

Appears to be a very good choice of laptops. Speed seems to be good, fast charging and the battery life appears to be better than most. As with any thing new we need to work through to actually see how we will use all the options available with this tool. Price was fair considering what you get.

I love this laptop! The Best Buy ever! I love the fact that I can transition it to a tablet and back to a laptop instantly. I love purchasing through. Eat buy because they have the best deals ever! I highly recommend this laptop!!

The experience I had making this expensive purchase was very comforting to me with the young gentlemen that helped me. They listened to what I needed and gave good advise to help me get more bang for my buck !!

I purchased this laptop months ago for my wife, and she still prefers to use her older i3 with a 15 1/2" screen. I will now tell you what I think. This laptop is more powerful than the average person out there, the i5 and 16 GB is very powerful. I purchased for myself and Envy 15.5", it lasted for over a year and then would not start. My opinion is based on being a 3rd party rep selling HP Laptops, yet it extends to every brand. An average person does not need to buy a computer like this. They will not help you out if this computer dies, and to repair is more expensive than buying a regular computer, which is exactly what I did, an HP 17", i3, 8 GB RAM, 256 SSD, for much cheaper. The Best Buy Rep that just told me they would not help me seemed shock. I do not believe in selling a more expensive computer to people than they need, and that includes an i7 Spectre that heats up and dies before it's time!
