I purchased this laptop for my son who just left for college, he initially wanted an Apple laptop, but I told him that hp was a better choice since I used it for work and school, once he got it, and got comfortable with it, he said he loved it and was happy he trusted me and my choice of hp.

Very easy to use & get into my mail which is basically what I use my computer for as well as researching topics. Don’t know why the time hasn’t changed to the correct time. Date is okay not the time.

This laptop is amazing. It has helped my daughter through her college journey after a previous laptop died unexpectedly.

This laptop is excellent for an all purpose laptop that you can also fold and use in tablet mode. The battery last decent time. As all purpose laptop great and I got it during a great deal < 600 USD. Not for very demanding tasks just for checking internet, MS office use, etc.

Great laptop, graphics are crisp and clear, never lags can have multiple windows open, has plenty of storage for all my classes downloads. Has long battery life, I spend several days without recharging it. It is a big laptop and has some weight to it to be carrying around.

Love the 2 in 1 feature. Also the larger 16 inch screen. Speed and resolution good. Missing SD card reader and numeric function pad on keyboard.

I bought this laptop to replace my older HP Envy laptop. I am generally satisfied with the capabilities and performance of this new model, but it doesn't have biometric reading capability (as my previous model did) to do fingerprint scanning. This is a minor inconvenience, but I don't know why the fingerprint scanner was not included in this model.
