I read some of the reviews before I decided to purchase this laptop. Im overall satisfied, its exactly what I needed. Great battery life.

So far, seamless, easy to operate and understand, meeting and exceeding expectations. Excellent for everyday use, helps me understand basic computer operations.

To be honest, I would not recommend this computer. Most days I am perfectly okay it. It is an average choice that meets all of my needs while not breaking the bank. The battery life is decent. Speed is great (at least for me). HOWEVER, what ruins it, is that this computer glitches and has ghost touches whenever I decide to touch the screen. It is annoying at best, and panic inducing when I am in the middle of an exam. One touch and I never know when it will start glitching, opening up a bunch of tabs, changing my responses, and almost closing the exam window. Do NOT get it if you are a student. Find another choice.

This is a all around good machine. It works great for watching videos and streaming shows as well as word processing and spreadsheets. I would recommend this computer to anyone that needs a decent touch screen laptop.

Great laptop for the price. Sale price was what made me get this but it works perfectly for me. Happy with purchase. Also having total plus membership I’m protected. One of the best things I ever did was buy that membership. If you don’t have it…….get it !

I was very pleased with the ease of transferring all my data and not missing anything in the process. I like the way the keyboard is laid out and the size. I find the lit keys helpful. I also like the ease and speed of using the Hello sign in. And I find the touch screen so convenient.

Very nice slim design, perfect for backpacks. Response time is very quick. Power on very quickly. FaceID not always recognizes me.

Great laptop, geek squad loaded software and data from two older laptops did an excellent job. Computer is fast and easy to use. Not the computer I went to purchase but suggested by BB employee, very happy with choice.
