    I really like the hp envy, the system runs great for data entry, calculations and web browsing. Although i do not play games or stream, for the money it is a lot of computer and i recommend it

    This laptop model might be old and not really meant to have Windows 11 installed. After about 30 minutes of using the laptop, the screen would blink, screen then becomes dim and the brightness adjustment functions would break until the laptop was rebooted. This has happened since the day I got it. I use it for work so it literally happens using an internet browser, sometimes not even on any page but the default google.com page. I was told by HP support that this is a Windows OS issue, so who knows if the problem will be fixed ever. I'm approaching the 2 week mark of owning this and I'm leaning on returning it for a refund because I worry there will be worse issues later. There's no point in exchanging it for the same model if the OS isn't fully compatible.
