    My computer works well. My only issue is when I accidentally brush my thumb knuckle against the pad when I'm typing, it erases what I typed. I can't figure out how to stop it. Otherwise, everything is great!

    I got this for the 16 screen which is the best for everyday use and good price and HP has good products that are reliable. Except one thing, the screen brightness at times does not go lower or higher and is stuck. It happened at the store and on my new laptop. I reset the laptop to unstuck it. Anyone got a clue how to get it to work all the time?
