    HP was fine until Geek squad rep placed scanner on PC. Then while attempted to access internet, file missing. I cannot access internet or stream. plan on returning for a new one

    Was using it to convert to a Linux PC but it was difficult because of WinLock, or whatever the program is that does not allow you to remove windows until you unlock your own hard drive.
