    HP was fine until Geek squad rep placed scanner on PC. Then while attempted to access internet, file missing. I cannot access internet or stream. plan on returning for a new one

    I would not advise anyone to buy this HP laptop model. It was fine for about 10-11 months, then this "buzzing sound" started with something (hardware?) inside. I have to hit hard the back of laptop case to stop it. Otherwise it just keeps buzzing randomly during the day. Also, the fan seems to run continuously now. Wasted my $$$ on this piece of "organic material"!
