    the reason I am not so satisfied is its windows OS, Microsoft is reducing the buyer's control on their purchased product and increasing its dominance day by day. I needed to work hard to learn some tricks and get rid of restrictions and set my windows to individual mode

    I love the computer overall with the exception that the keyboard doesn't have the number pad. I bought a bluetooth keypad separately. Unfortunately the computer restarts automatically many times a day and i get a blue screen error. I'm bringing to the geek squad as it is only 4 months old. I'm sure they can work it out.
