It was pretty good, but for some reason it stopped charging. I don't know if it's the computer or the cord, but it's an hour and a half to a Best Buy store, so I guess I'll have to buy a replacement cord and see if that works.

I’ve had WiFi connectivity issues, frequent problems streaming videos where the page will crash, and I can’t control the brightness of the screen (appears darker than desired)

Very Nice laptop . If we do compare with another companies laptop it's expensive.

Wish had back lit keyboard... but it's great for what i do.

Charger stop working right at one year. Can’t say I would recommend.

CMOS error/refuses to boot at 11 months and 23 days. Spent no less than 10 hours with HP support and still no resolution. This is a good choice if you only need a laptop for a few months. Otherwise, check out a different brand.

The battery life is not good at all. Not staying long enough

This product did not meet the standards .. after couple of months it started me giving problems

I liked this laptop for the most part- except when it came to trying to listen to a video or show on it. The main speaker is on the bottom and the sound is so muffled. The volume is low even when on max level. I could barely hear the audio when the laptop was a foot away from my face, it was really unacceptable. I will be returning it.

Would be 5 star if I didn’t spend 1.5 hours with Geek squad day 2 using this new HP. Spam came thru the Microsoft defender. Will see if that was fluke or not as time goes on.

Laptop is good at the price but the screen refresh rate is only 60hz not 120hz

Got it for a descent price....Pen/Stylus not compatible....HP tech support sucks.

So far, so good. The only thing I don't love is the touch screen. But that's a personal preference.

My laptop stopped working after two months. It had to be sent back to HP for up to 8 weeks - not a great experience...

Less than a year after purchase the entire keyboard stopped working. Too expensive to even bother fixing. Complete waste of money!

Terrible service, Contacted them multiple times about them messing up the delivery and they are still not accepting it! There is proof in the delivery picture that they sent it to the wrong address and yet I am still out of $600! Their service is awful and call centers are helpless. Never getting something delivered from here again.

It has very poor performance, not sure if it is defective. It hangs on basic tasks being an Ultra 5 processor, definitely seems to be an issue. I updated all drivers but the issues persist. I am going to take it to service centre under warranty but did not expect that to happen for a new device

Terrible laptop. Two days in and it was already hanging. I was just too lazy to return it so I continued using it. I intend to sell it eventually or give it out to someone and buy a better laptop.
