The printer does a great job, only complaint I have is the process of downloading the software driver onto the computer. Was not at all easy to understand and complete.

This is a quick little printer. Had all the features needed at a great price. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is it goes through ink more quickly than anticipated.

Printer works great! Wireless connectivity was pretty simple and quick. Would recommend. So far I’ve had it for a while with no issues and gets the job done.

The whole process from install to initial print has been very easy Would buy another and would recommend to buy for all those who need a good value prop printer

This printer was so easy to set up, it basically set itself up. I can print things straight from my phone or computer. Super easy and a great deal!

It was very easy to link to my laptop. Easy to copy, scan, and print. No issues; printing average 5 documents a day (mix color and B/W). For the money, a solid purchase.

I use this to print my "print and cut" images for my Cricut, I've also printed on heat transfer paper, and waterslide paper. Great little printer!

i use to buy Epson all the time but i wanted to try something else and so i brought this printer, this printer work with no Great!! i think i will stay with HP in the future.

Nice inexpensive printer for my home office. It can also copy and scan which has come in handy since beginning to work from home full time.

Very compact printer with minimal space and very blessed to have one that is wireless with wifi so I can print from my laptop, tablet, phone etc.

Can't beat it for the money. Simple to use and small size. Certain elements are a little fragile such as the printed pages extension. Just be sure to close when not in use.

I needed a simple black and white document printer, and this one was cheep and works great for quick printing of my work orders.

I’m really happy with it. It’s got a user friendly touch screen menu and I’m able to print, scan, and copy. The print quality is very good too.

I bought this based on price only. But I’m impressed with how easy it was to set it up. We’ve printed many documents and it seems like it’s up to the task.

we aren't super tech savvy, but my hubs had no trouble linking this to his computer. caught it on sale, and the staff at BB were extremely helpful!!

Really handy I can print right from my smartphone. The app makes it really easy to set up and use. I print emails and documents right from any device on my network.

My old printer was not compatible with my new laptop, so I purchased an HP-ENVY All-in-One Instant Ink printer. It has been a great printer now that I know how to use it. There were limited instructions, so I just had to play with it awhile. The only negative is that the touch screen is extremely sensitive. When I try to scroll through the choices it usually opens something I don't need. Wish there was an easier way to scroll or make choices.

We needed a simple wireless printer that we could use with our smart phones. This product works perfectly for our needs. And the price was right!

Good quality prints with the added benefit of the Instant Ink program of one desires. My only complaint is that it takes forever to switch from print to copy mode when in use.

Printer was fairly easy to set up. Reason I gave 4 stars is because it keeps disconnecting from my network...restarting everything seems to fix it. I am using it w a Mac book usually.
