A: Hi there, to get the most out of your ink cartridges you should make sure to always leave the printer powered on (It uses less power than your doorbell when on standby) so it can complete any maintenance on the cartridges to keep them from drying out. Your ink cartridges should last 8 months in the printer or until you print the estimated yield of these cartridges which is a little below 150 pages. This printer can copy as well as scan and print!

Q: I do not have computer, only ipad and iphone 6 Plus. Will HP App work for set up?
A: Yes. This is the very reason that I purchased this printer.
Q: can this be attached to an old computer with a usb
A: yes it can. I have mine hooked up with a usb cable.but you'll need your own, cause it doesn't come with one
A: There is an option to print double sided. The option appears at the bottom of the print configuration screen. The option will appear in the hp program and other programs.
Q: Can I print from my Android tablet wirelessly, with Bluetooth using mobile data only, not Wi-Fi?
A: You cannot print through bluetooth, it is short range and unreliable for print communication. The printer does have WiFi Direct which means it can broadcast its own wireless network for you to connect to and print without needing to have WiFi.
Q: What are the dimensions of this printer?
A: The printer is 17.53 inches wide, 22.22 inches deep and 5.04 inches high.
Q: Will this printer print on cardstock?
A: Yes. The envy printer can print on card stock. You can also print on flyer paper and it comes out great!
