Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When trying to hook up ,printer monitor read to call toll free # as I could not install due to significant problems with computer hacking & for H P to repair problem & remove all problems & set up printer properly I had to purchase a program costing $399.99 for a six year protection program.They said they were representing H P & that is why their phone # showed up on monitor.I had replaced my old H P printer & never had any of these problems.The name of the company is MICRO GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.Phone # 1-800-298 2127.
