ink prices were killing me on my old printer went to Best Buy and was fitted into a printer that totally met our needs and cut our ink costs in half. love it

This should be a staple in every house, office, classroom, etc. It is the best printer I’ve ever used! Love it and the ink program is so convenient!!

i had to purchase another printer because my last printer which was an officejet, the printhead stopped working and it was obsolete so I couldnt get the part for it. So i purchased this printer as a replacement. I like everything besides the scanning part. I like the ability i had to scan to computer, email, etc on this printer you have to scan to either your phone or computer. And for users i have in my household who are not that complex I had to teach them on how to do it, versus being able to just have them scan and receive it. Other than that feature I like the printer.

Great printer. Took a minute to set up because my computer was on a different network. After I figured that out, it worked great!

Very easy to set up and replace the ink(s) sometimes we forget to change the page size which does cause some concerns but these concerns are easily fixed.

Love this printer bought it's November 18,2019 an still works great! It prints from my Google phone and its so easy to set up. I would definitely recommend.

As a college student I needed a small size printer to have in my dorm and this printer is the perfect size doesn’t take up much room in my desk.

It was easy to set up, the only hiccup was getting wireless to connect. It is a good general purpose printer with easy to use screen. As a bonus, the copier can resize the original.

I like this printer. It’s a little confusing at time to work, because you have to use the app....but the quality is good.

This printer was easy to set up. I had never done it before, but with this printer it was simple. Everything went well. Easy to operate also.

Basic and simple, but that's all we need. I do love the instant ink service HP offers because I don't have to remember to reload the cartridges on my own.

I needed a simple printer. I was tired of going to the library ..it is reasonably priced ..therea not a whole lot of directions..to follow ..it was simple enough to set up for wireless ..no one really specifiea that the ink cartridges are delicate ....the ones that came with it didn't last very.long I figured they aren't suppose to so you buy..more ..I do have a problem ...after a few copies it tells me there.is a problem with the cartridge ,,,I adjust them and it's OK ..

Printer works as it should and is reliable, print, copy and scan basic features. Got the into the ink club as we print a lot each month

When trying to hook up ,printer monitor read to call toll free # as I could not install due to significant problems with computer hacking & for H P to repair problem & remove all problems & set up printer properly I had to purchase a program costing $399.99 for a six year protection program.They said they were representing H P & that is why their phone # showed up on monitor.I had replaced my old H P printer & never had any of these problems.The name of the company is MICRO GLOBAL SOLUTIONS.Phone # 1-800-298 2127.

This printer works great for printing, scanning and copying! Extremely easy set up as well! This printer is well worth the price we paid on sale!

Purchased this item for work purposes and its very easy to install to my PC. Highly recommend for those trying to find a user friendly printer.
