I purchased this printer for my teenage grandchildren. They need to print out homework online. It was easily set up and easy to use.

Great product that does everything that I needed in one small machine which I needed because I didn’t have a big space to put a big clunky machine.

Our last printer a cannon, was always having problems. This new printer has been easy to set up and it is wonderful to have a printer again!

Easy to set up and use. Good quality print. Does not have automatic feed for scans or copies which is a negative. It was not obvious on the box that it didn't have this function.

Some problems with installation caused by not using the provided cartridges. Printer is quiet and paper tray is hidden. Great assist form HP staff

I use this printer with the HP Instant Ink and have been impressed by the print quality. The only downside so far has been the slow speed of copies.

The printer does exactly what it's supposed to do. The setup for HP instant ink took 2 hours, however. Once you get it going, it does a great job of keeping track of your ink usage and sending you ink. My problem was that I needed to print a lot of things right after I got the printer, so I had to buy ink from the store. If it's not an "instant ink cartridge" sent from HP, it doesn't track when it needs to send you new ink. So that was a bummer. It has everything a college kid needs. Double sided printing. Color and black and white, scan and photocopy, it is wireless. Very good for the price

Should have been easier to set up. Set up Directions not adequate. Good quality print. There is problem with scanning to computer it does not stay connected.
