I believe I read that in a few other reviews prior to purchasing. It becomes a headache when I need to print on the go. However, it’s convenient to have because I’m student and prior to Covid-19, my assignments were due 2x a week (printed format). I don’t regret this purchase because it was on sale and I only need it for basic print jobs. That’s what matters the most. overall, I recommend purchasing (there’s no such thing as a perfect product)

Frustration

Here's my beef. 1) I thought it would be easy to set up with my new HP all in one Envy. Not! Some security block wouldn't allow me to install it so I had to call HP. They tried to charge me to get it connected. I almost brought both back out of anger. It took the service tech 30 minutes to figure it out. 2) I am getting so tired with this ink prison that they keep us in. The cartridges are holding less and less ink and getting more expensive. The only reason I bought a new printer was that it cost less than the cartridges in my old one. Now they want me to sign up for a monthly plan. I don't even print that much and I drain my cartridges in no time. Here me now HP. These are the last HP products I buy unless this becomes more reasonable. And your service as noted in #1 would have NEVER have happened with Apple.
