Works great except the WI-Fi

Too many unnecessary steps for very basic printer

You are required to download an app and a print plug in just to set it up, and you have to use the app for scanning or printing anything and it is very annoying. I am not tech illiterate; I just feel that all of the unnecessary steps required for what should be simple tasks are ridiculous. If I had the time I would have returned this printer due to it being so slow and the user having to go through many unnecessary steps in an app just to perform a basic print or scan. Not to mention it is clunky, the display is blindingly bright, and it has a very fragile paper tray.
