I was actually able to set this up without crying for help! The online instructions were clear and answered any questions I had for wireless hookup. The printer works well and smoothly, colors are close to true, pictures come out clear. The ink cartridges are readily available. So far, no paper jams or other glitches. The price was right too.

The Envy printer series has proved to be very reliable----easy to use, durable, efficient, dependable. Problematic is the software installation. Formerly, HP sent a disc for software installation; easy. Now, a download from the HP website installs the software---- didn't work correctly. The professional fix tripled the cost of the printer. I'd recommend with a software warning.

I really like this printer. Was a little difficult to set up but I think I was mainly me trying to rush through it. Once I got it set up though it was really easy to use. I printed and made copies of so many papers right after I got it set up. Also for the price it makes it even better. I highly recommend this printer

I love this printer. When I began to research for a new printer, it occurred to me that I was very satisfied with HP products, so I searched to see what was new for HP. I am happy I stayed with HP. This printer is "smarter" than my previous one. I can see my status right on the little screen. The product is beautifully printed.

This printer was easy to install. The instructions walk you through the process. I like that I can connect multiple devices to the printer. The documents print out quickly and dark legible words. The pictures surprised me on how sharp and full of color they printed. I also like and would suggest to sign up for the ink replacement offer.

I really enjoy this printer, it was easy to install and use. My only complaint is that my previous model had a feature when I would print the tray would automatically pop out to hold what I was printing. This one you have to pull out. Also, the paper try is a bit odd to pull out. Overall a good printer but they have scaled back on some features.

Great printer easy to use great value economy save money on ink

I was looking for another Envy after my last one had an issue after 3 years. I found this one and the Black Friday deal was very good. I am using this printer for a month now and so far it is working great. I have no complaints and the quality is top notch considering the price. I will certainly recommend this printer.

When I went to Best Buy to look for the new "Tank" ink printer, the sales person pointed out the problems of drying out for people like me who don't use a printer daily. He showed me the instant ink printer which I knew I would never buy. But when I learned I got 2 free months of ink and $5 toward the third month the math made a lot os sense (cents). I would, he pointed out, spend less than other options and not have to worry about ink drying up. After 3 months I am happy with my choice. The only thing about the "I gotcha" aspect of instant ink is the cartridges are different from the standard ones and I don't know but I think I am trapped with getting all my ink directly from hp's instant ink supply chain. So they get 100% of my business and not off brand company so far seems to be competing with them. But for me this new way of doing printing seems more affordable SO FAR. Nice machine too. Just don't get locked out of your account or you will have problems. However, the support guy in the Philippines did a very nice job of getting me back into the groove.

I bought this printer on a whim because my other inkjet had a clogged printhead (Epson). This HP 5055 was on sale, so I bought it, took it home, and set it up. It was very easy to set up (heck, I AM a techie...). The printouts so far have come out sharp and colorful. Quick, too. And the scans have been very clear and consistent.

I got this printer for school because I needed something cheap and efficient. Honestly, i think we’ve all bought multiple printers throughout our lifetimes but this printer has held up very well! This has lasted me a little over a year or so and I haven’t had any problems. It prints well and the ink is super cheap which is also a plus!

This HP Envy All in One printer was easy to set up, operate and the price was excellent. It happened to be on sale at the time. This is our 2nd HP Envy printer. The first one lasted about 5 years. I hope this one lasts as long if not longer than the previous one. The quality and value was what I expected from this manufacturer.

I bought this printer for small printing jobs...for copying recipes and receipts, etc. I had an old HP printer and it gave out on me so I got this new one. The printer cartridges load so much easier and it is very easy to operate. The copies are clear and it prints so much faster. I like it very much!

I have 3 home based businesses and rely on my printer for everything. I need a tool, I need it now and this is a great printer, easy to use, nice crisp printing and a great auto delivery ink program. First time user of cloud ready printer and it hooked up just fine. I highly recommend this for price, quality and ease of use.
