Good once it is set up, connected, and signed up

So far it has worked great. Getting it set up so it could find the wi-fi and getting signed up for the ink deal took 45 minutes on the HP help line. One step forward and back 2 steps to change settings. HP help person was wonderful and patient. We had asked the BB Geek about setup and was told to just plug it in and it will do everything needed. So much for BB help.
