Great printer for the money. Rude service

He did not want to be there. I pulled up a bit too far and he threw his hand up! I opened the tailgate of out Jeep. He put the printer in, I said thank you, he said nothing and walked away. I had to get out again and shut the tailgate! By that time, I was upset by then, If we order again, I hope we don't get him. I wish I would have got his name.

Not So Wireless

More often than not it can't be located, takes itself offline, decides it wants to upload an upgrade it already uploaed 45mins ago, etc. Sometimes, hours after I gave up & went to work to print my documents, I will be in bed & hear it starting to print 10 copies of the 4pg Email I tried to print at 9am. Prints beautifully when it works, scans nicely.
