Haven’t had a problem with it breaking down or not working. The reason why I put “Good” for the overall rating is because- sometimes the ink skips. The printer also is not quiet at all which is a shame sometimes when you try to print at night! But overall good product.

The only problem I have is finding the right plan for how much printing I doing and find I run out black ink more then I do to make goals to get more black ink. Sometimes I go over but other times I don't make the recommended number for the plan.
