Problem 2: During setup the printer will print a test sheet that you then place on the scanner so it can calibrate the alignment. The test sheet says to place it "on the right front corner of glass" but the touch screen says to place it "on the left back corner of glass". Really?? When I tried to place the sheet on the front right corner, the plastic border of the printer was not flush with the glass so my paper would just slide into the printer... Problem 3: I downloaded the "HP Smart" app on my phone and Windows 10 PC. I went through the setup MANY MANY MANY TIMES. No matter what, my computer would connect but could not print. Nothing is more valuable than time, and I am going to have wasted about 3 to 4 hours of my short life on this printer including troubleshooting and the commute to buy and then return this horrible printer. DO NOT BUY!!! Also bestbuy website keeps uploading my photo sideways even if i rotate it manually.

They keep telling me that I don't have the address correct like I don't know my home home.
