    We do not print often at home, but whenever we did it was a chore to get our old and crappy printer to work properly. This printer was the perfect solution, without breaking the bank we got everything we need in this one. The wireless function was incredibly easy to setup and makes printing a breeze from anywhere in our home.

    The set up was smooth, except for the last step to download the print and scan drivers. The HP Virtual Attendant (AI) is only so helpful. HP should provide a live chat or a customer service phone number to speak to a live person for unique problems with installation. This would save time and reduce frustration. I think I will be happy with this device.
