Good, simple printer...

Hard to find printers that have limited features to keep things simple for her. This one has a lot of decent features AND it's fairly intuitive. I still get the occasional "tech support" call from her but overall, this is a decent, low-profile, quiet, intuitive printer.

Perfect printer for the “stay at home” office

Easy set up, printer was up and running in a few minutes. I’ve had it a few weeks now and no problems. Loved how Best Buy let me pick it up in the parking lot and pay online. Placed the online order and picked it up within an hour.

Good printer for the occasional user

Her old printer died so I bought her this one because of I've had good luck with the HP brand. It's not as fast as an Officejet or laser printer, but it works for what she needs. It prints a little slower than what I'm used to but for the occasional user, it should be fine.
