Cheap but it does what's advertised

Setup was easy. At this price though, don't expect super-fast print jobs or quick copying. You get what you pay for, but if you need to print every now and then this will get the job done.

No more cables!

I have a HP 845C and an Epson stylus. This one I don't have to change anything in order to use the scanner or printer.

It's not a bright vibrant color for any of the colors I've printed so far. Disappointed. I had to touch up the copies with markers or crayons to get a color to "pop".

Good little printer

Now it won’t print like it should. It try’s to connect to the website and then when it says it can’t connect I push ok. Then it will print 1 page. This all takes 2-3 minutes. Can’t seem to get any help on it. Bummer.

It beats going to the library to print off a few pages. Of course we live Best Buy... especially at this location. We have spent thousands of dollars over the last several years and wouldn’t go any place else for our electronics!

Great printer for the money

However, sometimes he had problems connecting because he couldn't install the app on his computer. Works great with my cell phone. I sometimes have to reconnect through the app but otherwise works great.

This was our first experience with a pay-per-page service and we are fine with the 50 page per month plan. Quick ink cartridge refill deliveries. Great quality for what we use it for. HP app is easy to use too!
