    originally bought for my husband when he was working from home. However, sometimes he had problems connecting because he couldn't install the app on his computer. Works great with my cell phone. I sometimes have to reconnect through the app but otherwise works great.

    Happy with this printer till I had to unsubscribe from their ink program. Now it won’t print like it should. It try’s to connect to the website and then when it says it can’t connect I push ok. Then it will print 1 page. This all takes 2-3 minutes. Can’t seem to get any help on it. Bummer.

    Printers get cheaper and better all the time, but they still use ink like crazy , so far this ones been a real trooper . The ink is a descent price and the Quality is just fine . I have a couple of printers in several locations so I don't have to wait to print or do work and this is just fine.

    Great quality printer for the price. This was our first experience with a pay-per-page service and we are fine with the 50 page per month plan. Quick ink cartridge refill deliveries. Great quality for what we use it for. HP app is easy to use too!

    I bought this printer to replace my old HP Photosmart device. I initially set up the printer so that it would function with a wireless connection. After experiencing some apparent network interference because of that configuration, I started using a USB cable to operate the device. Since then, I've used the machine without difficulty.

    I like this printer, on occasions I find it off line, not sure why that happens, all in all, I does exactly what I needed it to do, scan, copy and when I figure it out fax. Due to Covid-19, we were not able to get these things done unless we went out to do it. I has fulfilled our needs.

    I made a great choice with this printer. It’s not as cute and little as I wanted for my house, but it works marvels. I can have things printed from my phone even while I’m away from home and I love it. Sturdy and sleek design and high efficiency. 100% Recommended.
