This printer works extremely well. I found it easy to connect to my home network. I signed up for the instant ink part but HP can set up in a way wherein one can easily avoid the ink sign up portion. Other than that I am fine with the product.

I am glad I bought this computer. The scanner works great. We have used it quite a bit. I like that the paper tray is inside the printer. My daughter can't empty the paper tray. The only issue I have is that the Bluetooth feature doesn't work if the internet is slow or down.

Bought this printer for my mom for Christmas. Originally bought the previous version but ink cartridges had been opened. Had to spend an extra $20 for this "updated" version because they didn't have any more of that one. Was disappointed because sure they do the same thing.

I needed this printer to replace an older model Kodak printer. Easy to install and love that it is wireless.Printer provides great copies and holds much more paper than my older printer did. Best Buy always has the best prices and are go to first for electronics.

I bought the printer because my son needed to print out his school work. It says wireless but I have to be connected to the printer and off of my WiFi to print anything. Which is annoying that I have to switch back and forth just to print. Other then it. It’s a good printer.

We purchased the 5055 for a great price to replace our HP 4512 that had stopped working. However, while setting up our new computer, we were able to connect the 4512 and get it to work. Sadly, we returned the new model. It looked like it would have been a great upgrade.

My son needed a printer of his own. It was a great birthday gift for him. Now he can take this to college with him. Just be sure to buy an extra set of cartridges when you buy the printer because ones that some with only yield a few copies.

This may be an inexpensive printer but it does perform well. Could not believe how easy it was to set up. It only has 1 ink cartridges and they are a good size so you are not constantly buying more ink. So far I am very happy with this purchase.

I have had many printers and this printer is the BEST printer by large. The paper storage is very convenient and the ink is really easy to put in. I love that I can print on both sides of the paper so I don't have a lot of paper to waste.

Works about half the time. The other half it's off line or prints while skipping every third line or prints garbage. After you turn it off and on a few times it sometimes works out the problems and will print what you want. Then it will work for a month and suddenly you have the same issues. Being able to print from any computer without being hooked to the printer is great. And when it does print correct, it looks clean and crisp. But it's aggravating when it gives you problems and the only way to fix it is to drive an hour one way to drop it for for a couple of weeks to have it looked at.

This has got to be one of the best values on the market for printers. The product is easy to operate and it provides all of the basic functions that one would expect from such a product. The only problem is that it is slow. But that is not a problem for me because I don't do that much printing.

It is very user friendly. It was purchased for my mother who isn't very "techy." She loves it. The first one came and the power source didn't work, but BB was awesome about getting another one sent out right away and sending a return label for the other... Thanks BB!

So far, no problems what so ever. Really like the design of printer. It fits very nice in the tight location that I have it in, I really like the way paper tray is made(front loader) and the way it is all tucked out of the way. Would buy this one again.

Good printer but not very user friendly for wi-fi hook-up to computer. Geek squad was disputing my tech support and had to go through H P for help and still took them over 45 mins. Should not take that long or be that hard on a new printer and new laptop.

I’m an HP user of most products and this printer was a replacement for another model. Price was good but it lacked compared to the color screen model.

Needed a new printer and with so many options out there I had no idea which one to choose. I came across this one because it had great reviews. Bought it and everything was very simple and easy to use. Wireless was great on paper but actually using was even better.

Anyone who just needs a basic printer! It gets the job done, my only complaint is that it is kind of big and bulky but because it is a scanner I guess it Hass to be a larger… I don’t know I just kind of wish I had gotten a smaller one but it is good for what it is intended for

From start to finish, purchased online, store pickup then installed at home, my experience with Best Buy was awesome! The product was exactly what I wanted and I will definitely continue go to Best Buy for my electronic needs! Tammy
