The ability to print from your phone to the printer from home has been really convenient. We went so long without a printer at home and since we’ve gotten one it’s been super convenient and helpful not to have to go to a FedEx to print.

This #HP5055 solid but noisy and does not have the extra temp plates i.e calendars and check list that I loved and use all the time.like on my other one. Great deal for $50 but I would have spent the extra $30 for the more upgraded one.

Printer Not Responding - just like my old HP

Bought this to replace my 10yr old HP that finally stopped working. I chose this printer based on the reviews and hope I don't regret it. Set up went better through a youtube video. I have a MacBook Pro. Printed great. love the 2 sided option. However the 2nd time I went to use it a few days after set up. It said "Printer not Responding". I tried several times to print and then through online troubleshooting forums had to delete the printer and re-add. My old HP had the same issue and I ended up for years just using USB every time I printed. This new one doesn't have that option so I really hope I don't have to delete and re-add the printer every time I want to print something. Time will tell if this is a 1 star vs a 5 star.

Conveniently wireless, picked up a laptop-to-printer cable just in case (and "just-in-case" happened), so all good here. Copy quality is clear and bright on standard settings. Testing out the monthly ink plan - sounded reasonable, so why not?

I was a little cautious due to the low price, but it does a pretty good job. I only gave it 4 because it does not have a document holder. You have to lift the lid to scan or copy. It doesn't hold a lot of paper in the tray either. For basic home use, it will be fine.

The printer works fine. I stumbled around trying to make it work; but, I managed. I think better WRITTEN instructions would be more welcome to us ding-bats! I was making it more difficult than I had to! Actually, It is very easy to use and the copies are great.

Easy setup instructions. I experience problems with the color cartridge and keep receiving error message to reinstall. After several attempts and reading other consumers experienced same issue I contacted HP. They are sending replacement color cartridge.

We wanted something inexpensive and simple. This was it. Like that it can scan and print for our simple needs. We didn’t need a lot of bells and whistles. Set up for WiFi printing was easy. Set up was done on both iPad Air and chromebook

As soon as I bought this printer I tried it out but it wasn't strong enough for my photography printing my pictures so I bought a more top-end series than this printer so I'm more updated in the printer that I have now is strong but I recommend having HP printers these are the best.

My Canon died (way to soon). Had an HP before so I went back. I only use it for copying, internet printing. Not for photo printing so I can’t speak to that. But for what I do use it for it works great.

I am enjoying my winter! I was specifically looking for an upgrade to my last printer purchase with a printer that would print double sided but still wouldn't cost me too much. This printer is amazing! Does everything I was looking for and more!

This printer is fantastic. I love the fact that the paper is in it's own storage container. The ink cartridges are completely affordable. The only trouble I have is setting up the wireless print. Hopefully once I have the time I can figure it out.

I was sick and tired of living by cords. This was my first wireless printer and I absolutely love it! I’d highly recommend this print. It does use quite a bit of ink but I think it was definitely worth it. Set up wasn’t horrible either.

Great for a low budget printer. Wireless and all that is good. The ink is not a common cartridge so I have to buy at a big box store. But if you just need a basic printer it is perfect.

Although its output is not as fast as some, it’s been dependable and versatile. I use it’s OCR scanner capabilities to create PDFs and the only negative aspect is it doesn’t scan well in WiFi mode, only on USB cable.

The HP printer was on sale so decided to update our older one. It was cheaper to purchase a brand new one than replace the 4 ink cartridges in the old one. The new printer has only 2 cartridges. One for black ink and one with the 3 primary colors unit. What a deal.

This printer does it all very well. It was a Christmas gift for my wife, she wanted to be able to print photos from her phone. With the WiFi connectivity she is happily printing away. She says she loves it and therefore so do I.

I've never had a problem with this printer. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is I have problems with getting it to due some of the things I know it can do. The things rarely needed are hard to navigate and no instruction

Set up was rather easy but I had to actually call HP customer service to set up automatic ink replenishment since I could not do it online. I am generally satisfied with the printer although it is a bit slow.

I use it mostly for the scanner and the pictures/documents look very clear. It was very easy to set up. I just downloaded the app and followed a few steps from there. I connected it to my mac in just seconds.
