OUR HP ENVY 5055 IS EVERYTHING WE COULD ASK FOR IN A PRINTER. EASE OF OPERATION, QUALITY PRINTING, PICTURES COME OUT AMAZING AND PRINTING STARTS WHEN WE HIT "PRINT". WE DO NOT HAVE TO HIT ANY BUTTONS TO START THE PRINTER. VERY PLEASED!!!

We purchased this printer on sale to replace a Canon that we were running into issues with. It’s been a great no-nonsense printer that still has a bunch of feature. The main selling point was the Instant Ink subscription feature.

I came into the store looking for just a basic printer. I didn't need all the bells and whistles. This ended up being just what I wanted. A basic printer/scanner with some small bells and whistles. And at a reasonable price as well

so far I like how the printer works, once I get it working. I keep needing to get into the settings to make the printer work and it takes quite a while to make it print. I am hoping its not set up quite right and not the printer itself. Have not tried a picture yet

I bought my sister this printer for her first year of college last year. She does not really use the scan feature, but reports that the printer works well overall. I myself own an HP printer and I love their products.

I love this printer I’ve never had one before and this is my first time having one of my own and it’s very easy to use whether it’s portable accessible at home it’s very handy and I love that it’s touchscreen

Excited about the function and it was so simple to connected to my tablet as well to my phone. I can be on my back yard and sent whatever to print while the printer is inside the house. It has a good reach. I love it!!

I like this printer very much. The print cartridges are a lot easier to get to than my old printer. The only thing is I can not figure out how to copy a photo to my pictures and to make them a larger size.

Great Deal of the Day Purchase for my daughter who is attending college. Perfect feature set, price and quality yielding this a great value purchase. Ink replacement is a little frequent.

It's simple and easy to use. I had an Epson previously and the experience was, well, lets just say the opposite. I've always used HP printers in the past and I'm probably best off staying with what works. Prints great photos also by the way!

Beautiful design, Software drivers need work. Easy initial setup and network connection. However, after router swap, printer failed to connect to my PC after going through setup and reloading drivers again?

This has been a great printer. We have a few of them. One for personal and some for our college students away from home. Both functional and does all that we need with printing or scanning.

I love that I haven't had to replace the ink cartridges since I first got this printer! I print every day for our small businesses and it was getting costly, but not with this printer!

The one complaint I have about this printer is the tiny screen for settings. I have problems changing the settings. When I tap on a setting with my finger that I want, it scrolls past it. I have to use a pen or stylus.

This printer works perfectly. I love that I can print offline even when I'm not close to the printer. You can set up an email address which allows documents to be sent to the printer from anywhere.

Just printed docs for the first time today. I’m not sure if I am on the ink replenish program. On 8/2 when the salesperson rang up this purchase, he said he enrolled me. Can someone verify this and get back with me?

Is a good printer. But sometimes like some other devices it comes with damages. But if you have guarantee they Fix it for you. Besides it the bad thing is that the inks is no easy too find

When I saw this item for sale, I just had to buy it... Not only was the price right, the price of the ink was affordable as well, especially the bundle for the ink... Plus, my previous experience with the HP ENVY printers was pretty good...

This is so much better than my old printer as I have had no trouble from printing and just a minor tag on installing it as I finally got it hooked up correctly and it is now doing a great job for me

Purchased when Canon finally died after years of great service for documents and pics. Chose Envy because I have an HP laptop, it was cheap and would primarily used for documents with occasional scans, so ink costs would be minimal. Worked well at first, then updates failed, then HP changed the original operation to new downloaded program. Giving up now because it started printing alternate lines on document I had successfully printed before (suggesting the issue was not with the original saved document)
