Easy to connect to WiFi. HP has an app you can use to print and also reminder for cartridge refill/change. HP also has automatic cartridge orders if you want convenience.

My son's printer at college stopped working and he needed something fast. I've always had good experiences with HP. I knew BB would deliver quickly too. He set it up quickly and was back in business.

Easy to set up and easy to use. No thrill no frills. I ran out of Ink within printing 7 pictures. Hope this is only because it is the original ink that comes with the printer

Hp Envy 5500 printer is good quality printer and mail in package ink deal, saves a lot of money instead of buying ink at the store, happy with my purchase.

We don’t use this very often which must cause the ink to dry up. We have to replace the ink fairly often. It was simple to set up and is great for the small space.

The quality of is not print is not bad for the price, just don’t be in a hurry for the print job to finish..because it is kind of slow. Perfect for small at home print jobs.

Wanted a newer printer just for everyday home use & this was a great deal !!! ... Plus I get my ink delivered right to my door with HP insta-ink program !! ... It's a win-win for me !!

Effective as an all in one option; biggest problem is reloading ink it seemed to mess up the ability to print and now I have to send it off. Luckily I got warranty.

This is a great printer. Although it's not a laser printer, it is very nice. I love the Bluetooth feature which allows me to print from my phone or laptop. Amazing!

BB is the only place we like to buy our TECH. They have a large selection, great prices, and they are always knowledgeable.

The printer is pretty basic, meets my needs. Overall, the construction feels kinda cheap, especially the paper tray. Flimsy and not as easy to slide in/out I as would like. Price was good, so I guess I should not expect more!!

Does the job for a home computer. Good bang for the buck. Not for someone who wants speed or needs quantity. But perfect for me

I realm picked a good one, my Envy 5055 is so easy and simple to use. It's just the right size for me and it packs a punch, thanks HP and Best Buy I'm a happy customer.

My wife and I bought this printer so that we could print from our cell phones. It is very easy to setup. Highly recommend if you are looking for a Bluetooth/WiFi printer!

This printer fits all my needs. I am extremely pleased with this printer. It is wonderful when i have something to print and I just hit print and I have it in my hands! Love it.

I use the scanner more than the printer. Easy to install and use. If you print often, and large quantities is not for you. But for low to moderate home use is perfect.

Had an HP Envy before and it lost the capacity of scan and copy early on only hope this one does better and does not keep giving me that crazy code, etc. etc. A $80 printer is an $80 printer
