Works for what we wanted in a printer. Was difficult to connect to computer. We needed a cable which was not included in the purchase and was not noted on the box that it would be required.

I needed an inexpensive home printer to fulfill my small but recurrent need for printing off of my computer. This printer works fine. If there is a concern it is the length of time the ink cartridges will last.

Easy to set up and use. I like it better than the Canon I recycled even though it wasn’t “broken”. One reason being the ink was expensive. Happy to go back to HP.

This printer definitely works well. It was super easy to set up and air prints very easily. The print quality far exceeded my expectations for the price of the printer

Not as easy ad 123 to set up then took 3 1/2 hours in 2 sessions to get it operational after signing up for Instant Ink. Finally it is working as it should. Would recommend with reservations.

It prints and scans just fine and is very easy to use. The only thing I doubt like, is that there is no automatic document feeder. If scanning or copying multiple pages at once, it's sort of a pain.

It's a good product. I needed to order a printer for my work from home job duties. I had difficulty with connecting the bluetooth, other than that it's a really good all in one system

I ordered from Best Buy as I could get it faster than Amazon. This printer is great BUT it uses ink very fast. I like everything about the printer except how fast I go through ink.

This printer was a wise investment for my daughter. This is her second year at school and it's been a blessing for her. She should be able to complete and print any papers due for class.

Very simple printer. A little bit of a bugger to set up... had to sync to hp app, blah, blah. Glad I know simple computer stuff.... works ok so far. I’ve only used once since I bought it

but not to enthused with "endless ink" nor with the app required to use the printer, their tech support was helpful and claimed they fixed it so I won't need to download again, fingers crossed

HP’s instant ink program is the easiest to use and the best deal! Sometimes the connection has to be reset, and other times it’s instantaneous. Just comes with the air print I guess.

This serves my purpose is well. Only complaint is that my MacBook Pro keeps getting disconnected from the printer for some reason. Doesn’t happen with my work laptop (Dell) though.

I have had the HP Envy 5055 for about 10 months. I have used it very little. I just purchased a new HP Laptop. I was printing my tax returns and 3 pages before the end, it stopped printing, and the message said there were no drivers for the printer. It was printing just a second before. I have no idea why it is not working. I have done many searches for fixes and tried everything. Nothing worked. I had no issues with it until 3 days ago. Now I want to throw it out the window.

Very good printer for someone who uses it for printing on occasion for fun things. Printer scans and copies very well. I would recommend this printer for anyone.

Purchased this for the quarantine schooling. There are 5 kids in the house who all needed to print, scan or copy. And the Bluetooth function is a must.

Had initial problems getting HP Smart to setup wireless connection. Solution was to turn off router/computer/printer overnight. Next morning setup went problem-free

A lot of my son's papers for at home learning are printed on this and though there isn't really much to print the black ink seems to go unusually faster than I'd like.

Tried two of these. The first one was very difficult to set up. After two hours on the phone with GEEK SQUAD, finally got it working. It started to rip the paper after two copies, then it started jamming on every document. Took it back and the store gave me a new one, same model. I was told it would plug and play since it was exactly the same model. FALSE, it made the situation worse. Back on the phone with the GEEK and this time two more hours, no luck, could not get it to work. BACK to the store, another return. The third one I decided on a Canon. Same problem, could not set up the wireless. Called the GEEKs again. I explained the problem with the HP and was told to make an appointment to see a GEEK IN THE STORE. I was told to bring the printer, computer, and modem. She made an appointment for today. Disconnected everything and arrived at the scheduled time. The resident GEEK, looks at us like we were crazy to bring all this equipment to the store. I told him I was instructed to do this.He apologizes. Obviously the GEEKs do not all have the same training. He also suggests a home visit from a travelling Geek. Is this included. I ask. He tells be this will cost $84, which is more than the price of the printer. GEEK squad is useless and deceitful. Returned the third printer. NEVER again for GEEK SQUAD. NOW off the COSTCO, HOPEING FOR BETTER SERVICE.Best buy is fine if you do not need installation or any aid in setting something up.

Took a while for me to set up ( 'cause I'm not so good at such things) but following the directions carefully worked. Copying is easy and quality is great. Love the machine.
