This printer is perfect for general home use. All though the ink runs out fast, the automatic replenish option always keeps you ink ready.

I am completely satisfied with this printer and all the features it has. I especially like the email feature. I use it all the time.

Printer is fine as a printer. The WiFi print only works if you are on your own network. My daughter is in college and I bought this for her to use. They do not have hardwired internet in the complex she lives in and there is only their WiFi in the property. You HAVE to use their WiFi or you’re back own cellular data to get on the web. This printer will not print wirelessly with this type of setup. In order to use it, the cable has to be connected. You cannot print from your device directly either unless it’s i the same network, which in this case, is useless. May as well have just bought one with the idea in mind that wireless printing would not be an option. Disappointing...

Quick delivery, easy to set up, simple to set up. You can set up everything with the website that is provided to you.

Can not double sided print, which make it less convenient, but the printing quality is good

I purchased this printer about 4 months ago. I read the reviews, some good, some not so good. I don't print much from home, so I wasn't looking for top of the line, just something I could print with occasionally from my devices connected to the printer through wifi, My HP Envy is in my home office on the lower level, but i keep my laptop upstairs. Both my husband and I hooked the printer up to our wifi -no problem there, to our phones, and our laptops. Day one, we were so excited to get a big bang for our buck, We could print from all of our devices from anywhere in our home, however, as time went by, our printer would not stay connected to our devices. I remember reading of sheer frustration from other reviews that people were having this issue. I admit, I thought they were idiots and didn't understand how to follow instructions! I'm sorry reviewers. I take back those nasty thoughts. This printer does not stay connected to your devices. However, I gave a two star rating because I can plug the printer into my Chrome Book and print all I want. Mind you - you have to pay extra for the cord, it doesn't come with the printer. So, if you are looking for a decent wifi printer...look else where!

Works great. Love the Wi-Fi aspect. I would recommend this printer. The ink is easy to acquire and replace. This was a good buy.

The printer was perfect for my needs and i'm sure would be good for others as it has scanner and copying features as well. A good printer for a good price!!

Had to call tech support to get the printer hooked up and working. Still having a problem with scanning, but the printer is working just fine.

I had trouble with the wireless connection and could not enter the password due to the screen being so small. I finally hooked it up via USB and it works fine.

Me and family like using HP printer it can do all the things you need to do personal and daily things for work

Nice printer, ink last pretty long. I used to have a fax in my other printer and now I kind of miss not having it, but overall good printer.

Very nice printer, best part is it uses the same ink cartridges as my other printer. I've had only good experiences with HP printers.

Great little printer & scanner. The app for scanning is easy to use. The only downside is the small amount of paper it holds.

Very difficult to set up. Wireless is a piece of crap. Sloooow in printing. Print quality is good, but if you want to do any other size paper, you have to go through a whole bunch of steps. It does not support 4x7 note cards!!! To print on a 4x7 card you have to take all the paper out of the paper tray and move the side levers inward to fit the size of the note card. Never had to do that with a C4780. The HP people have taken a relatively simple printer and tweeked it to the point of it being horrible. I have had nothing but HP printers and have recommended them to everyone, but this one is bad. In fact I may return it. I have an old C4780 that can spit out copies faster than this one. If it wasn't for the fact that the 4780 was old and beginning to not function quite right, I would not have purchased a new one. I am so disgusted I may hook up the 4780 tomorrow and try to clean it up more to get it working right. I got this new printer to upgrade and to go wireless. What a mistake!!!

Good printer. But I had to buy the cable because the eprint feature didn’t work properly. With the cable, everything printed smoothly.

I purchased this printer for school. I don’t really print anything often. Just a few papers for the professors who don’t like things submitted on blackboard. However, set up was horrible. I thought thru my phone would be great, nice and easy. But once it go to putting in the ink and trying to print, it wouldn’t. It would say paper jam or ink jam. But there were no jams. I had to do single sided printing with 3 pieces of paper in the drawer for it to print.

Pretty amazing quality for a low price. But had to change the color ink cartridge the first day we used it.
