Got this on special and so far this works well, only problem was setting up our phones to be able to print but finally got it working, well worth it.

2 sided printing is great. However, I have to keep my eyes open for the ink. It can be hard to find

The printer is fantastic. Customer service needs improvement. I believe we will be very satisfied. This is our third HP printer.

Very difficult to set up. Wireless is a piece of crap. Sloooow in printing. Print quality is good, but if you want to do any other size paper, you have to go through a whole bunch of steps. It does not support 4x7 note cards!!! To print on a 4x7 card you have to take all the paper out of the paper tray and move the side levers inward to fit the size of the note card. Never had to do that with a C4780. The HP people have taken a relatively simple printer and tweeked it to the point of it being horrible. I have had nothing but HP printers and have recommended them to everyone, but this one is bad. In fact I may return it. I have an old C4780 that can spit out copies faster than this one. If it wasn't for the fact that the 4780 was old and beginning to not function quite right, I would not have purchased a new one. I am so disgusted I may hook up the 4780 tomorrow and try to clean it up more to get it working right. I got this new printer to upgrade and to go wireless. What a mistake!!!

Bought this on sale for my granddaughter. She printed out a photo and it was pretty good quality. Happy with this purchase!

Good printer. But I had to buy the cable because the eprint feature didn’t work properly. With the cable, everything printed smoothly.

Good basic printer. Seems to use much more ink than the previous HP printer that it replaced. Even the XL ink cartridge seems smaller.

Great little printer & scanner. The app for scanning is easy to use. The only downside is the small amount of paper it holds.

Printer was easy to set up and use with clear copies. We are trying the instant ink program from hp for the first time, but haven't used enough to rate it.

Everything set up per instructions. I’m not big on ink Plan. I have irregular use of printer so hard to fall in their categories. Printer price great.

Set up was easy. However, had trouble with the Wi-Fi part of it and still have not set that up. Will continue to get that operational.

Great price for a nice printer, WiFi connection for multiple connection to print from different devices. Printer cartridges are also reasonable priced.
